Challenge: Holiday Cards

016

tis the season… for gift cards!

020

For this card/gift card holder I stamped and embossed the background, filled a coffee cup holder with ephemera (and a gift card!), stamped with watermark ink on the coffee cup holder (fun, right?), and added some bits (poinsettia, stamped holly, etc) that were just laying around on my desk. Having a “holiday go-to” box right on my work station is sure coming in handy!

  1. Great idea for a gift card. Very clever. Love the ephemera tucked in the middle strip. Also love the combo of the kraft or dark kraft/brown with the pops of the bright red and more muted holiday green. Great stuff. Hope you had a great holiday. Michelle t

  2. Clever and beautiful use of the starbucks wrap! Love how you layered them into the design!

  3. What a great idea, May! I adore Christmas and gift cards, so you totally nailed this in my book! I liked how you gave it a relaxed coffee vibe, yet you kept it elegant with that fantastic embossed background. Inspiring, as always!
