I’ve been cleaning + organizing in here once again. Moving things around. But I better hurry – and get back to creative work!
In 10 days *eek* I’ll be hopping on a plane to head to CHA (craft & hobby tradeshow) and while there I’ll be gathering inspiration, checking out the latest and greatest, brainstorming projects for 2013, and of course seeing good friends from around the world. I’ll be reporting on my experiences as well! I will do so right here on my blog, but as I walk the show floor I will post peeks, favorites, and more ‘live’ on my instagram account. (I’m @may_flaum) You can follow me there – or if you don’t have a smartphone that is compatible you can always just visit this link to see my instagram via a computer.
If you want to see sneaky peeks – my friend Melissa has a great page where she’s listing manufacturer sneak peeks here.
I’m back to cleaning – hope you’re having a happy 2013 so far!

Snap May, I have spent hours today clearing my craft room and getting rid of scraps of paper, 12 rubbish bags later and it’s still not finished. However I do feel refreshed after clearing a little and now I have space for new products from CHA, cannot wait to hear about your adventures. Happy New Year. Tracy x
Happy New Year May. Can’t wait to see all the new products & hope you have fun at CHA.
I’ve been tidying my workspace too, it was a complete mess but whilst I was reorganising my supplies your voice popped into my head mentioning “flow” (must be from your Kit-tastic or Adventures in Scrapbooking classes) straight away my mojo returned so I think flow may be a good word for me this year 😀
Oh my goodness….I finally got my own craft room and I can’t believe how much stuff I had squirreled away in my old space. I have purged and donated a bunch of stuff and I have a ways to go! I do see a light at the end of the tunnel,,,,
Oh, and I forgot to say how much I’m looking forward to hearing about CHA!!
I love how all your colouing stuff looks so good together!
Ooooo…everything looks so neat and organized. I did a lot of that during my “down” time. I still have a closet to clean, but am waiting for dh to put shelving in there for me. And, I have a file drawer full of scraps that I need to go through….so I can use them up…one of my goals for 2013.
Love this glimpse into your oh so tidy space; don’t you wish your crafting fairies would pop in and restore order like this after every crafting session? Nah, mine don’t, either. I do have a question for you: what have you used to create the tiers you have your stains & sprays etc. organized on? I’m currently contemplating some tweaks to my studio organization and think that might function well. Thanks!
