Hot Dog! Scrapbook Layout featuring Bandit the Dachshund

Did you know it’s National Hot Dog day? I thought I’d celebrate with a scrapbook layout featuring our little hot dog Bandit!

For this page, well it really is quite simple! I kept things centered and together, and layered my pieces in ways that I liked. Yep – super scientific! I layered in a way that made me happy.

One thing I often suggest is to challenge yourself to a “clean the desk” scrapbook page. This is one such page! All of the items used here were on my desk or leftover from something else. I pulled them all together because I liked the color or size or whatever of the item. No over thinking – just memory keeping!

While most of my layouts end up taking more time and hunting for supplies, I was delighted that this playful layout about Bandit and his LOVE of “squeakers” aka toys came together and now is a part of my 2018 scrapbook album.

I’m off to order up a new batch of photos and continue my scrapbooking – what are you crafting today?
