new loves | alphabets

I’m back home, and I want to share a lot of my photos and a lot of my favorites from the CHA show. Now – I didn’t photograph EVERY favorite, nor can I share everything I love. So don’t think of my “new loves” series of posts as an all-inclusive list but rather some of my faves….

First up – Studio Calico’s map alpha. Every single thing in that booth is MADE OF AWESOME, but I really do adore these. How much fun are they? You could totally ink up the edges too.

Next, let’s look at an adorable company that I’ve heard of, but never seen.

Lawn Fawn focuses on clear (made in USA) stamps like the ADORABLE alphabet above. I’m loving that it’s an outline because this opens up layering and such a world of possibility. They have a cute new first paper line too – more on that later!

The October Afternoon alphas always make me drool, and this batch is no exception. They have great tiny alphas as well as these big patterned beauties.

For classic, solid alphas watch for new goods from Pebbles. I love the corrugated ones especially.

Oh Jillibean, thank you!!! Beautiful colors, classic font, and the perfect size. Love these stickers.

Speaking of great – check out this stencil alpha paper sheet from Jenni Bowlin. I would love to see it misted, layered, used as a stencil, cut apart… oh the possibilities!

Basic Grey, as always brings the great alpha stickers.

Maybe my favorite alpha of the whole show? These from Martha Stewart. I’m so into the quilted/country chic look. LOVE IT.

Oh Amy Tangerine alphas – could anything be better? I use and LOVE her first release so much, it’s great to see more!

Finally, here are some word stickers from Heidi Swapp. Slightly dimensional, in her signature handwriting. LOVE them.

Who else had great new alphas? oh my. Websters Pages, Pink Paislee, and Tim Holtz (alpha die cut) come to mind – one thing is for sure:

I use so many alphabet stickers and products, that I’m glad to see them thriving and so many to choose from!

  1. If there was a 12 step program for alpha addiction, I would have to attend. “Hello, my name is Laura, and I’m addicted to alphabets of every color, shape, texture, and size.” *grin* Thanks for the great post showing some of the latest and greatest! đŸ™‚

  2. I hadn’t seen the Lawn Fawn yet- I love it! And the Studio Calico was already on my must-have list!! Looking forward to seeing the rest of your favs. How did your book signing go?

  3. Some fun things there – love the stencil one, October Afternoon is always a fav and the Tim alpha bit – almost fell off my chair when I saw that was coming out. Hotcakes!

  4. Those map alphas are at the top of my Must Have list! Thanks for the intro to Lawn Fawn; never heard of them, but I do like that outline alpha stamp set.
