Hot Pink + Navy Blue = cute. Who knew?

A few months back I went from thinking Glitz made a few cool things, to knowing that I loved EVERY new product they released. You’re going to see more & more from me with their stuff – I’m so inspired by it! In fact, I’m adding Glitz to my ‘can’t craft without’ list.

Speaking of Glitz, here’s a layout with their Maya line (hot pink + navy = dreamy. Who knew?). They are a friend of Camp Scrap, oh yes they’re doing a give-away in class, and I share a layout in class featuring another new favorite – their Kismet line.

I’ve been having so much fun here in the studio, and this week I’m working on my first in-person workshop in two years!! I took the last 2 years off from teaching in stores (instead focusing my attentions to more on-line classes) and I’m excited to get back to some in-person teaching. I have so many ideas – and I hope to see more people out & about in future.

Some information is posted about my class next month in Fremont, CA – http://www.scrapbooku.com/class_descriptions.html I’m really excited about this one. I’m going to be designing (and printing) a whole little inspiration workbook for students to take home, and we’ll practice many of the things inside it, try products, work on techniques, and scrapbook. It’s going to be FUN!!! There are only a few spots in class – so if you’re interested be sure to check it out and sign up with Scrapbook U!

Note: if you’re not local I might have some kits/workbooks available for sale. I need to work out some details and see…

  1. I have to work out the details, it won’t be exactly like class of course, and it will be a bit more intensive in prep for me, but I think it’s workable. I’ll keep you posted!

  2. I checked the location of the class you’re teaching and unfortunately it’s just too far. I’d love to buy a kit!!

  3. Andrea where are you at? I’m looking to teach at a few spots, and if you’ve got a LSS or something you like let me know! 🙂

  4. I soooo wish you lived close to me! I would love to have a kit if you do them. I also love the owl notebook! Owls are my thing right now!!

  5. I see why those papers are on your list; they remind me of some colorful melamine summer place settings I saw a couple of days ago. So happy and summery.

  6. May, let me know if you are ever in Washington State-I would travel anywhere for you 🙂 If you figure out the kit/instruction/etc. I would be interested too! Am waiting for a paycheck, then signing up for your next Big Pict. class-can’t wait for this one!!!

  7. I *love* Washington, and if any store wanted to have me I’d be up there in a flash!!! 🙂

  8. I love that owl notebook! And the idea of a kit sounds like fun! Maybe one day you could visit me down under!!

  9. I would love to know if you come up with kits. I’m on the east coast…sadly I’m not going to make the class 🙁
