creating time

Have a lot of creative time this weekend… here’s some peeks of what I’ve been up to:

001

finished painting skull tote bag… now to embellish (it’s probably a Christmas gift item…)

002

Making pillow from this fabulous fabric for someone special. :o)

0041

Playing with Claudine Hellmuth sticky back canvas… so giddy about this!

005

making some doggy Christmas presents (and project for Fiskars!)… and finally…

003

Making some one of a kind canvas/wall hanging pieces for my etsy store along with some new supply (mojo enhancing) kits!!! More on all of that tomorrow. For now, back to the studio!

  1. You’ll have fun with that canvas May! Close to My Heart had a sticky backed linen and it was really fun to stamp on it and then color the stamped image in because it came out looking much different than when stamped on paper! Can’t wait to see what you’re going to do with those doggy treats!

  2. Can’t wait to see more. I especially can’t wait to see what you are going to do with the dog treats. Looks like fun.

  3. Wow May! Those creations are incredible. It’ll be a great Christmas for the receipiants. OK I don’t think I spelled that right. Maybe I need a dictionary for Christmas.

  4. What a great job on the tote! Did you freehand that drawing?? Also, what did you use to color it? Fabric paints? Fabric markers? I’m also doing some canvas totes for Christmas gifts (great eco-friendly gift!) and I’m still debating how to embellish them. I’m thinking I might use the heat and bond and do some fun cut outs with this great fabric I just bought on etsy. I love seeing what you’re working on! I really inspires me. Thanks for sharing!
