Another day, another project! Or 10. What I suggest if you’re short on time (or ideas) is to just do a bit of coloring! I made a video to share some of my favorites/details.

When I decided to make this week’s challenge “coffee or tea” I knew I’d be using this Tim Holtz teacup die. I love how this card turned out – it will be holding a gift card inside for a very special person!
I used distress inks to stamp with, then gently painted with water to do a very controlled watercolor look – loving the results! lots of other stamping including pearl flourish on the cup (dabber paint), my cool new Simon Says Stamp letters, and more! This teacup has been featured on my projects quite a few times – love it!

I took our challenge this week and used “coffee or tea” as my sentiment. I really like how this one turned out too.

Simon is offering a generous $50 voucher that will be randomly drawn from the eligible entries each week. Join the fun by creating a project this week – and for your chance to win a $50 voucher you should hop on over and join in the challenge here.
Here are two sneak peeks at some projects “as seen in Camp Scrap” today. This class is always so much fun to create because it is a little more relaxed, and a whole lot of fun. It’s different every time and – registration is only open for the full Camp Scrap experience for a few more weeks! If you’re on the fence because you won’t be home a lot this month just remember it is self-paced, and class remains open long after the content is all there/July ends. So if you want to join in on some creative fun check out the details here.
Now I’m off to get an iced coffee (way over 100 expected today!) and get back to work finishing up my content for this class – the 5th or 6th version/year of Camp Scrap! Thanks to all those in class – hope you enjoy!
This week we are all about summer but my project went sideways! More on that in a moment. Simon is offering a generous $50 voucher that will be randomly drawn from the eligible entries each week. So I sat down and was staring. thinking. So many ideas yet none. So I went with what comes AFTER summer – Halloween! This is a good reminder to you to please definitely stay open and play!

Sometimes it is more important to let ideas out/flow instead of trying to stick to one specific idea. After I made this tag? a bunch of new ideas came to me and stuff was way better.

It is CAMP fun time! I’ve been playing with techniques like bleaching with water, die cutting whoopsies, and a ton more. Playing with kits, working with colors, and more. SO fun to be creating for class – and you can join us now! Get info over at Craft With May if you’d like to sign up for Camp Scrap! The pre-classroom is now open and the first video up.

Hope to see you there!
