Brother DesignNCut & ScanNCut at Creativation 2018

I just returned from a wonderful trip to Phoenix with the Brother team where I demonstrated the ScanNCut and checked out the DesignNCut at Creativation (annual craft trade show). I spent a lot of time experimenting with the  newest Brother machine, and I am working on a full video all about it (more on that another day!) It goes without saying probably on this post – but I do indeed work with Brother (paid consultant) a job I truly love! All ideas & opinions I share are always my own – just the usual disclaimer I always share with you.

Creative Fitness: something new…

It’s been busy here – quiet online but not in the studio! I am working on something new and I’d love your input if you’ve got it. I am in week 1 of “Creative Fitness”. What does that mean? Well I’m trying to put myself through a bootcamp of sorts to really reboot and relaunch myself get myself WAY more productive and in better habits.

Creativity is a muscle I always say – and like every muscle if you’re not using it… you’re losing it.

The good news is, you can always kick start your habits and reboot. Creative Fitness is going to be a YouTube series – each week I’m taking on challenges, then reporting back on how it went and what worked, what didn’t.

If YOU have suggestions (wild or tame) I would love to hear them. I have decided to be wide open and assume I may need to take on some totally new takes on how I do what I do. While I’m at it – I’m getting creative with physical fitness too.

Today is day 3, so I’ll be sharing the first video and more info soon. I am also working on unpacking from Creativation trade show, launching a new class, and much more. A week just flew by so quickly – but I’m excited about this new idea and these new habits.

Have a great week –
