A few more notable stamps to share –

First up, Penny Black AMAZES with great stamps that will make coloring them for watercolor effects just such fun. Birds & flowers oh yes.

next up, company Kelly Craft has a line of Duck Dynasty stamps. I think this is a great idea simply because we can always use more stamp subjects/styles/interests.

last but not least, let’s visit Avery Elle!

Loving this book stamp set, but they also had great pie stamps, vellum envelopes, papers, and more!

That’s it from me on the stamping front – finally wrapping up these CHA posts!

CHA 2015: More from Ranger Ink…

Let’s be honest – Tim Holtz and Dina Wakley stole the Ranger show for me. Between his announcement of 12 new distress colors (orchid-y purple… oh please…) to her paint tip tool… well I’m in love. I already posted about both of them (separately/previously) But WAIT! there’s more! Yes from new archival colors to more paste options Ranger has a lot. Here are my favorites.

Ranger Texture paste is excellent. Super light, very good to work with, dries fast. Now ranger introduces “transparent paste” in matte and gloss. Is this not just gel medium?! I don’t know… but I’ve pre-ordered my jars and will report back! ANY way I can get more pastes is always good in my book!

Which brings me to their texture tools. Perfect size and storage. great designs. Fantastic with paste. WONDERFUL for mixed media work. All around WIN here. Can’t wait! (yes, I’ll be sharing when I manage to get these!)

Not a must for me – because honestly I am currently overwhelmed with all the paint and ink options out there- but notable that Ranger has dye, pigment ink, and also new dabbers of paint.

Speaking of paint – there is now Dylusions paint. It’s more like a glaze/thin paint… it is interesting. I have a jar. Yes full review coming soon(ish)!

I just loved this journal cover…

Also that Dyan is doing her thing – and tapping into a trend I notice up and coming. That’s right. Skulls.

Will we see loads of them in sugar skull and other forms by Halloween? We shall see…

CHA 2015: Amy Tangerine for American Crafts

cha (305) copy

From her first line, I’ve always enjoyed Amy Tan’s paper lines with American Crafts and this is no exception.

cha (324) copy

Rise and Shine brings in Amy’s signature happy colors and fun designs, and adds in some new products as well.

LOOOVING the tape strips + epoxy accents…

What you’ll always hear me praise – is that this line is fresh & new but still goes well with many of her older products. YES for making the things I still have  from older lines feel relevant and extending that shelf life. YES for making timeless products that rock.

And yes, I am officially obsessed with succulent plants because they were everywhere and so cute!

CHA 2015: Brenda Walton, French General, Where Women Cook, and Eileen Hull for Sizzix

That title is a mouthful, isn’t it?! We’ve already seen Tim Holtz for Sizzix in an earlier post, now it’s time to look around the booth at some of the great lines releasing over the next few months.

French General is up first, and their dies will allow you to create some nifty little boxes, decorations, and more.

Their sweet little shelves of project samples were precious – I just wish it had been easier to photograph!

CHA 2015: Lawn Fawn

cha (401) copy

Who is the absolute cutest stamp company around that is undeniably KILLING IT with each new release? That’d be Lawn Fawn.

cha (371) copy

They hit on trend with succulents (seriously – even I want some of this cute!) and they’ve released their own dye ink pads (I will try and report back once available!).
