I’ve been getting the e-mails (and hearing about your e-book on paperclipping roundtable) and it sounds wonderful , but have a question that has kept me from ordering. This might sound very simple to someone who is more comfortable than technology than I am (and that would be almost anyone!). When I order one of the e-books, where does it appear?
