Supply focus: Washi tape notebook

Using up my stash, creating more, and living my best crafty life in 2018 are goals of mine. How to make this happen? I’ve been doing a lot of small things to work towards this, as well as establishing new habits, goal setting, and more. I have also created a brand new online class Creative Fitness that starts NOW – that I hope you’ll join!

Today in this post I want to create a simple little project designed to get some washi tape used up in a fun way.

Here is a link to my YouTube video tutorial. It is really quick and easy!

I grabbed a wide assortment of washi tapes and I love that for a project like this you really can use anything you like. I think these would make fun little gifts for friends or around the holidays as part of a goodie bag.

I’m trying really hard to use more of what I’ve got, and spend less. While I love shopping it is important to me to get stuff used, and have fun with making. This simple little idea converts to other kinds of crafting from scrapbook layouts to cards as well. In fact below you will see a card in progress that I’m working on for class!

You can find out more about Creative Fitness and my other online classes at craftwithmay.com – join us in getting our groove back and creating up a storm! I will be sharing more “use the stash” ideas here on my blog in future so stay tuned! I am super excited about all of the creative upgrades I’ve been doing to my schedule and work flow and hope to be sharing more in the VERY near future.
