This is my first (of two or three…) “Tim” posts. I have to break it down because I had 472 photos from the show to sort. Yeah, you read it right! Between the fantastic products, samples, and beautiful displays it was hard to leave this rich and detailed area.
Do you like to shop ahead? Simon Says Stamp has all these lovely products (as well as more from Tim!) available for pre-order in the shop!
Consider yourself enabled.
Now, let’s get started!
Tim has quite a few new products coming out – from the dies shown above that you can create very intricate patterns (frameworks dies) with to the de-bossed folders and dies that have coordinating embossing folders and – well let me just show you around!
Oh so many dies – where to even begin?!
This flower – I just had to share a zoomed in photo…
Loving these card samples that show off the great trophy die and one of the new pattern dies too. That shelf full of trophies in the background? So awesome.
I know I was not the only one who re-visited this booth just to check out all the details and samples too.
Oh and my favorite section… the library.
I really wish I had a wall in my house where I could make this happen. Although I think the long-term care (dusting, etc) would be painful.
So I’ll just look and admire! I am loving the sea creatures most especially. It makes me glad I have Hawaii scrapbooks still to make!
Another favorite of mine – the butterfly (there are other shapes too) that you die cut AND can use a coordinating embossing folder to add texture to. Loved this!
My photos of the actual dies and embossing folders seem to be lacking (probably because I was gazing at the library and sample projects!) – so I recommend checking out Tim’s part 1 and part 2 posts to see images of the products coming and start your wish list!!
Oh the tiny butterflies… a must!
As far as ship dates go – these will release in small batches (my budget is thankful for that!) over the next six months or so. Yes, you read right. Some of these aren’t due until June or later.
*sits and waits not so patiently*
If you want to get ahead of things and pre-order, you can do so now at Simon Says Stamp. (search “Tim 2014 Sizzix” and they all pop up!).
I will be back with more show coverage, as well as the Tim Holtz Ideaology post soon!
I was watching some of the PaperCliippings videos and absolutely died when I saw the bugs dies. LOVE those! The new sea critters stamps are a must-have too. Sigh…
Thoroughly enjoyed the tour May. Fantastic displays, samples and products. Thanks for the insight . Tracy x x
Thank you for the t!m posts!… I have anxiously waited for ANY posts from his booth 🙂
Fun! You got some amazing shots of the booth. I am absolutely in love with the bugs. I am also waiting impatiently for the release . . . . . Thanks for the recap.
I spotted some of your photos last night over at Tim’s blog. You have some FANTASTIC shots of his work, products and booths. THANK YOU FOR HIGHLIGHTING the film reel piece. I spotted it on an Instagram shot from Mario and have not been able to find another shot of it anywhere yet! I pinned some of these on my Pinterest boards. Of course, your name is on the photos so it gives total credit! Thanks May!
Oh and yes on the gradual release! I want quite a bit of his releases this time around
ALL the dies that go with the new botanical style vibe are so on my wish list – and the Frameworks too – those repeated patterns are going to be so versatile. Fabulous photography as always, May!

So much fun stuff! I love the library too
