best of 2013: Basic Grey

Let’s not forget the fabulous Basic Grey.

I recall when I was managing a local scrapbook store and they first came onto the scene…. I purchased up those collection packs (something I had not seen done before) with those oversized monogram letters and was instantly in love. Over the years I’ve found them consistently impressing me, and in 2013 they really rocketed to the TOP of my list.

Their patterns, colors, and assortment of products is really great. I am very intrigued by their new “capture” line as well – I recently created one of those books and I really fell in love with it.

They keep things fresh – and their newest line Fresh Cut? Oh you’re gonna love it. I’ve already made four layouts with it (for my upcoming class in Anaheim with BPC) – here’s a first and exclusive sneak peek!

This is their 100th collection – how cool is that?

I can’t wait to see what 2014 has in store for BG – and how fun they will be to create with!
