Hey everyone, and happy Friday! I’ve got a few things to share today, starting with the Halloween layout using the Basic Grey Persimmon line:
As you can see I mixed the non-themed papers and leaves with the themed Halloween bits from the line. SO much fun – and I still have enough to do a few more layouts too. I think it is important to remember you only need a little bit of actual “themed” product and I feel like this paper line just totally gets that.
Am I tired of creating just with this line yet? Nope! I’ve been using it kind of like a kit all week (just using the Persimmon line, adding in only if I have to) and I find that there is enough variety and possibility that I’m still creating!
Simon Says Stamp asked me to be a part of their first ever “YouTube Hop” – which I think is super awesome! The entire thing takes place via videos on YouTube and at the end of each video there is a link to the next. Neat, right?? You can start on the Simon channel HERE, and when you’re all done be sure to check out the full line of products in the shop (here), and you can enter to WIN the entire line over on the Simon blog here!!
I have to tell you I could have talked for SO LONG on these products! I already have many ideas brewing in my mind and I will be sharing a LOT more featuring holiday crafting here, in a new online class (coming November 1-ish) and more.
and last but not least, I was a guest this week on PCRT podcast. We’re talking about scrapbook kits – if you want to listen you can check it out here. I feel like I still have SO much more to say… now the question is do I make a new kit class? Do a kit series here? hmmm…
Well I think that’s enough for a busy little Friday! If you couldn’t tell I’m back up and running tech-wise and that is a very GOOD thing! Fabric Friday will have 2 posts next week (since I had so much already posting today!) with a pillow and a fabric on a card post. I will also be posting one more Persimmon project tomorrow, and so much more!
For right now, I can’t avoid tech work anymore – off to edit, design, and otherwise try to make ready a new website experience!! Have a great weekend – I’ll be typing away….

Thanks for the inspiration!
I have loved your kit classes at BPC so yes, yes, yes! A class or a series – I’m so in! Your projects this past week have been great.
