I was intrigued by Rhonna Farrer’s Chalkboard line, so I had to pop by the My Mind’s Eye booth at CHA.
I am not sure how the black will work with my scrapbooking, or if I’ll end up using the chalkboard trend a bunch. It has come around before and I didn’t really get into it but I do love the look in theory so I’m going to give it another go. Rhonna really has an artistic (and trendy!) spin on it that has more flourishes and fun detail. LOVE what she does with this look.
I don’t think the display does the line justice – the items hanging kind of overlap each other. But there are a lot of cool embellishments I definitely want to check out.
MME also released other new stuff – including a chalkboard-y Halloween line –
And of course – their signature brads and more with their more colorful lines.
Loving buttery yellow + navy for sure! For more MME inspiration check out their blog here.

I will look forward to seeing experiments with the chalkboard line as well. If black and white photos show up well on a colorful background, I wonder if the reverse is true…colorful photos look good on a black and white background.
I never like MME products as well online as I do in real life…I think “no” then I gravitate back to them every time once I actually see them. Thanks for showing them.
Another one of my favorite lines! Love the chalkboard craze!!
