well, to be honest I just don’t make cards often. The reasons are 1) I adore so many pre-made cards that most of the time I’d rather have them than make my own and 2) card making IS an art, and one I’m not too great at. That said, once in a while there is an occasion or I’m just in the mood to make one.
This is new (so sweet) Heidi Grace papers & transparency and some pink german glass glitter. Simple, but a card I will give with love to my husband on our wedding anniversary.
much love and happy crafting.
Its a beautiful card
Aw, icky love stuff!
Very nice!
This is so cute! I love me some Heidi Grace. Need to get to the store to get some of her new stuff.
I love it! I am hoping any of the stores around here will carry this line…they’ve been stinkers lately about carrying HG.
Very beautiful card!1 I, too, don’t make cards often, because I don’t want to put the time into something most people will throw away. Can’t wait to get my shipment of all the new fiskars products.
Cute card! I like making cards occasionally, but I never measure things out so I never have an envelope that fits. I’ve tried making them myself but I am always afraid they won’t hold up through the USPS sorting process. If I make a card it has to be for someone I can hand deliver to! 🙂
That’s a great card. I have an anniversary this month too so I have made my card for my husband as well as a valentines card for him.
Great card May! I know how you feel about cardmaking. I started out making stamped cards only and when it comes to making cards that don’t use stamps (I call them scrappy cards), I really struggle with them. I’ve also found that since I’ve been away from cardmaking for so long that it’s hard to get back into it.
