Once in a while I like to wow the kids with a cool dessert. What to do when you want this to also take less than 5 minutes of actual effort?
Use some pre-made cookie dough and bake fresh cookies. Smash a scoop of ice cream in between them. Garnish with candy (Halloween leftovers!), whipped cream, and chocolate sauce.
Look like a rockstar mom and enjoy.
