Embarking on a (cardmaking) journey today -perfect for when you want to go on a little creative journey but keep it simple too. Basically? Stamp a background, add it to some more layers, add finishing touches. Easy – and you can focus on the creative choices like ink color and playing.
1. Create background by stamping with distress ink (then dipping in water + drying totally)
2. Add washi tape, layer stamping – including embossing only half of the “journal” stamp, and stitch onto cardstock layers.
3. Add metal bits, the ruler ribbon and a raised stamped image as well as the word stickers.
Boom! Easy as one-two three- but a whole lot of fun!
