Who loves Hero Arts stamps? This girl!!!
I have been playing with some of the new 2013 releases, and let’s just say I am blown away and totally in love!! Really you could chose any of them and be happy, and I’m excited to have a selection already to play with. I used three of my favorite stamps on the card you see above. But really for a closer look, and for some stamp-spiration I’m going to share a video walking through my happy new stash of stamps, plans I have for them, and ideas too:
List of stamps/inks seen in video:
That charcoal ink pad so far is my #1 of the year! Serious love there. You can find all of the new Hero 2013 offerings at Simon Says Stamp.
These stamps are just getting warmed up – I have lots of plans for them! I wish you a long weekend of very happy crafting!

Love the oops with the heart stamp! Seriously great effect! Sometime could you explain why/how “Shadow Ink” is different. Thanks for the inspiration.
yep! I did an article about them here: http://mayflaum.com/2012/08/30/product-focus-hero-arts-shadow-ink/
I love the Hero Art stamps I have and am waiting for the 2013 ones to become available. I have put the Edgy background and Leafy Vines to my “musty list”. Must have rubber stamp list. 🙂 Thanks for giving ideas of how to use the stamps which would work for other stamps also. Have fun with your creative play!
Love the video and watching your process. And YES you are a great enabler…just ordered the camera stamp 🙂
I looooooove Hero Arts background stamps . . . well, lots of their stamps, actually. I’ve already adopted Map of America and Leafy Vines and the one with the dots looks like fun, too. 🙂
Thanks for the great video. Heading over to see your article on the stamp pads. Rockin’ the nails there May…wonder what your daughters think about those 🙂
Hey-just purchased a Gelli plate for my art journal backgrounds…do you have one yet?

Haha, I do the same when I get new stamps. I get all excited and start to play with them. I love you selection. I bought the tiny spots background and I loooove it. Next on my list are the leafy vines and charcoal shadow ink.
Thanks so much for sharing and giving ideas.
Thanks so much May. It is great to get some ideas of what all you can do with different stamps. If only I could think of half of the stuff you mentioned.
Quick question for you? Love your birthday card……is the gold stamp one of the stamps you demoed? Did you also emboss the stamp…..purple in the corners? Love this card! I can see that I will be needing to go shopping…….you are a bad, bad, bad influence ;-)).
Great stamps May! I feel right there with you like we were stamping buddies!!!
