Oh yeah!!! I love lilac season. I could sit and photograph them all day. I LOVE the quiet of winter… but I must admit this year more than ever I’m really happy for spring and summer. WAY more than usual.
Now off to find some new pretty flowers to plant…

Gorgeous! Looking at that photo I can almost smell them.
I have lots of buds on my lilac bush, but it will be a few weeks. Their fragrance is so delicious. I wish I could make them last as cut flowers, but I do not get much more than a day from them inside. Outside they are by our bedroom window and their fragrance is intoxicating. Enjoy yours while you have them.
So pretty … of course it’s coming into autumn here so tons of beautiful colours, just not pinks and purples!
