Stamps + stencils = fun.
Take some distress ink and color with the stencil… but wait! Leave that stencil right where it is and add some paste…
Not perfect – get funky..
Oh and while it is there? mist it just a bit.
Oh sweet color and texture combinations!!
Then it was a matter of adding my (distress) colored bee, some tissue, and other finishing accents to my tag.
LOVE how this one turned out!

I love this! Awesome texture. Very empowering too. I’ve used my stamps and stencils together in my art journal, but not on a cohesive project like a layout or tag. Inspiring. Great tutorial and amazing tag! I am especially keen on the embellishments you chose to combine. That strip of lace flowers looks amazing! I also adore the sentiment and bee, which made me smile. You always have such an eye for combining things in such a unique and refreshing way!
