What happens when you take a little girl to see Tinkerbell… she waits for an hour… and then it is a boy fairy? Answer: A very angry little girl. The funny thing was when I asked her if we could please still take a photo because I HAD to document this – she said “yes. We need a picture of this guy”
It has become a whole funny memory for us – that time we went to see Tinkerbell and THIS GUY was in her house. I’m told they know of him now – that he is in the movies so it’s ok. But at that time – oh man. just so much funny.

Oh, May this post made me laugh. What a beautifully done layout to capture a lifelong memory. I’m fairly certain there would have been blood if my 5 year old daughter waited for an hour to see Tink, and got stuck with Terance (and she’s even a Terance fan)! At least your LO looks to be smiling in the picture! Thanks for he great inspiration, and a great giggle-
Julia

Wow what a funny story! Love this layout. The woodgrain stencil is an awesome choice and also the metal bits and the journaling ticket, I really could go on here. That woodgrain stencil is on my wishlist. Summer’s my next opportunity for supplies. Thanks for sharing this awesome work. Michelle t

What a funny story May!!! I wonder how many times a day that boy fairy got such a reaction. Love your use of Tim’s papers here and the woodgrain in the background.

Wonderful story MAy! And wonderful layout! BArbarayaya
Love the story behind this layout and I think he is in charge of making/gathering the fairy dust if I remember correctly. 🙂 Beautiful layout and beautiful memory!
Your story behind this one is hilarious! I don’t know whether I feel worse for you guys for having to wait so long to see Mr. No Namer Fairy or for him because he has to wear tights all day and look happy about it. Either way, what a brilliant idea to document it! I love how you see humor and value in these “little moments” in life and then give them a beautiful setting through your artistry. Great post, great story (still chuckling) and great page!
