Happy New Year’s Eve! I’m ready to ring in the new year ‘east coast time’ (aka around 9pm my time – ha!) and make 2013 a very crafty year. This week, all rules are off! So, I made a layout:
Ben-yettis quickly became a favorite word – and even now we look at those photos and Becca goes “oh yeah – ben–yettis!” Gotta catch those tiny details of family trips – and those little things that would be forgotten if not for scrapbooking.
This page came together quick – some stencil + ink (and yeah, there was some blue on my stencil so my pink ink turned purple-ish), I also used a brayer to rub some dylusions on my page as well as misting directly. Other notes – stamped with ink (field guide, washi) and paint (flourish), and really just had FUN crafting the afternoon away.

and oh yeah – I got my Kelly Purkey stamps out and put them to work as well! Overall – a layout of favorite things to play with and of course of my two favorite silly girls!
