Few things are harder to use than brand new, shiny, perfectly lovely supplies. WHY this is – I’ll never know.
But there is something about brand new supplies. So this week to prevent these new lovelies from being forgotten or gathering dust I broke open just about every new thing I got and made a layout.
Now I did NOT buy these supplies expecting them to be used together. Not at all! And yet, I found a story that worked with them all. Love that!

Whether an old idea or new one, supplies covered in dust or that just hit the shelf- hope you enjoy some crafting time this weekend!
a very nice & different layout; Miss Becca’s a cutie!
Beautiful layout! So inspiring! Thank you!
Great page with no patterened paper!

Love your video and layout this week, May. You go girl. The use of dark blue ink and Tim Holtz stamps — perfect choices.
Love this page May . Goes to prove you can create gorgeous pages without mountains of patterned paper and embellishments.
Love this page. I sometimes feel like a bad scrapper when I don’t use any patterned paper but his proves you just don’t need it for every layout.
Great page, love all the open space you used.
Such a pretty girl! So sweet. Great story too. I love your inky stamping. Those stamps and the enamel hearts caught my eye too but haven’t ordered yet. Thanks for sharing and for the video as I enjoy seeing others crafting too. Michelle t
