It’s no secret – I LOVE fall. Love it. Oh but it’s the 20th of October, and I’m FINALLY taking both girls to the pumpkin patch. Becca got a visit last week, but our annual “first week of October” tradition just didn’t happen this year! So – I’m a bit behind but inspired by my article this week at Scrapbook Update. All about shades of orange – it led me to thinking about Halloween scrapbooking and what supplies I might be using this year.
Some new, some old, here are my spooky nine:
you’ll notice I’m not going theme heavy this year. Tim Holtz, American Crafts Nightfall, and Echo Park’s Apothecary Emporium are the stand-out Halloween manufacturers for me this year. I also adore Jenni Bowlin’s offerings – so vintage and fab! There are a lot more great lines – but I feel like these will be useful for all kinds of October scrapbooking.
I’m off to the pumpkin patch to have some fun, but I will be sharing a layout (next week?) from our outing very soon. This week has been a wild one… I’m looking forward to a semi-peaceful existence next week…
I’ve got all of them except the Thickers (I still have last year’s) and the brads. You have influenced me greatly!
Love your picks. Apothecary is just gorgeous! I did not know about the thickers have not seen them at my LSS. Cannot wait to see what you make with those goodies. 🙂 TFS
I love the Echo Park as well, though I have a lifetime supply of Halloween stuff from previous years to use up before I get anything new!
