My class and crops in St. Paul (in June) are doing great- I think 2 are sold out already! If you’re going to be in St. Paul in June (19-21) let me know! We’re going to have so much fun at Scrapbook Shop with Rhonda and crew!!!

salads can rock. I found the one pictured below at the grocery store all boxed up where those lame ‘salad in a bag’ that are really just lettuce are kept. This was yum. cheese, nuts, apricot (dried), apple, and even cute forks! Can’t wait to consume another…
