June!

I’d be sad that my month was over… May really was a month of EXTREME! Super big highs, lots of new stuff, plenty of amazing, but some big challenges and disappointments too. Ah, the roller coaster of life. Just gotta grab on and embrace it all!!

Oh, but June. June you’re going to be so chill and lovely and creatively inspiring and full of positive energy. I can just feel it! I mean, we’ve got Camp Scrap starting up (YAY!), and also in exciting news Gossamer Blue has asked me to be their guest designer this month! YES. I know I’m SO very honored and thrilled to play along. I will have a LOT more to share with their kits… this is just the beginning…

I strongly recommend the lush kits over at Gossamer Blue – Lori is such an awesome lady and semi-local so I’m hoping to lure her out to a meet-up sometime!! But seriously – be sure to check out the blog for more information and you can see all the kits at www.gossamerblue.com

I have some video tutorials + more projects in the works with them. I’ve had a request for a mixed media + kit type project so I’m working on that now. Got a request? let me know!

Oh and hey Camp Scrap participants – you’ll be seeing me + the March Gossamer Blue kit in week #1 of class! I’m actually going to go back and look at that handout now and borrow from myself for some projects to share here!

Have a GREAT weekend!! This is day 3 of 4 for my girls, and with the last day of school nearing… well lets just say the energy level is off the CHARTS!! Here’s hoping for a bit of crafty time…

  1. how fun, im really looking forward to seeing what you make, i love this layout, the gold sequins are so effective mixed in with the pink splatters

  2. Congrats May, I’m sure you’re thrilled at being the guest designer. You’ve worked very hard to get where you are and I for one am thrilled at your success. Visit your blog daily to see your latest and greatest creations. Always fun to see what you have done.

  3. You are always doing something fantastic! This layout made me smile; I was especially diggin’ the “your number” tag you incorporated. Looks WAY better on your page than in my hand when I’m waiting at the fabric store for five hours to get fabric cut! 😉

  4. I started my June off last night playing with some new stamps my daughter sent me for Mothers Day!
So looking forward to Camp! Am having some surgery and expect to be in the hospital for up to a week so may pack myself up a little craft bag too! Am sure I will always be up to a little crafting 🙂
