challenge: M

50dollar_voucher_600pxThis week it is letter “M” challenge – what will you create? Simon is, as always, offering a generous $50 voucher that will be randomly drawn from the eligible entries each week. Join the fun by creating a project this week – and for your chance to win a $50 voucher you should hop on over and join in the challenge here.

This week I decided to share “May’s favorites” and I picked five of my favorite previous challenge projects to share with you here today! I love the creative challenges presented by this weekly challenge blog – and it’s been fun looking back at things that I’ve made.

051

“altered F” – The process for this one was so much fun and I just love the texture and how it came out.

259

“luau layout” – a favorite layout of mine as well as a Tim Holtz blogworthy pick – I still really like this page!

170

“bloom” – this was my first try (and started my absolute OBSESSION) with these mixed media pieces on wood or canvas.

034

“floral card” – just simple but straight up one of my favorite card designs. I make this regularly!

“amenities layout” – this page just came together for me in a way that I love, and it is one that remains in my mind so I wanted to include it.

I’ve enjoyed walking down memory lane with some of my favorites! As you read this I’m up in the sky, or perhaps in the middle of recording. You see I’m on a trip to Cleveland, Ohio to film Scrapbook Soup!! I’ll be posting about that trip once I return. Happy Crafting!

  2. I really love the floral design card you made awhile back too! That one stood out in my memory so it was cool when I clicked over and it was here! I love the simplicity to it which makes it so easy to remake 🙂

  3. Happy Birthday and thanks for leading the team. I also love the challenges and am grateful for the work you do. I’ll be taking a closer look at your lovely lilacs card as that’s one of my favorites too.

  4. A fabulous selection of great projects and it’s a very difficult choice to choose which is my favourite amongst them all, but I do love the floral card…it’s so elegant and beautiful!! 🙂
